We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and sales execution. You will be responsible for creating targeted promotional campaigns, identifying new business pipelines, and directly closing deals to meet company revenue targets.

Core Responsibilities Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional print channels.
- Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer trends.
- Create promotional collateral including brochures, newsletters, and social media content in collaboration with designers.
- Organize corporate events, trade exhibitions, and product launches to boost brand visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize return on investment (ROI).
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Prospect new business through cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to prospective client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to successfully close sales deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline within the company CRM to monitor leads and deal stages.
- Achieve individual KPIs and monthly, quarterly, or annual sales revenue quotas.
Relationship & Account Management
- Maintain client relationships through regular check-ins and dedicated customer support.
- Identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Resolve client complaints quickly to ensure high retention and brand loyalty.
- Forecast monthly sales figures and generate performance reports for executive leadership.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a combined sales and marketing or business development role.
- CRM Tools: Hands-on proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic social media analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, written copywriting, and formal presentation skills.
- Key Attributes: Highly self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
