Eligibility Criteria
- LL.M. (Master of Laws) – Mandatory
- UGC-NET Qualified – Mandatory
- Ph.D. in Law – Preferred/As per UGC norms
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in assigned law subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and course content.
- Assess students through assignments, presentations, internal assessments, and examinations.
- Mentor and guide students in academics, research, moot court activities, and career development.
- Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and academic committees.
- Conduct and publish quality research in reputed journals and participate in seminars, conferences, and Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs).
- Organize and support moot courts, legal aid camps, workshops, guest lectures, and other co-curricular activities.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with university and institutional guidelines.
- Perform any additional academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department or the Management.
Required Skills

- Strong subject knowledge in law and legal research.
- Effective classroom management and mentoring abilities.
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching platforms.
