1. Strategy & Business Planning
· Develop and execute dealership business plans and sales growth strategies aligned with OEM objectives.
· Define short-term and long-term development objectives for sales performance, market expansion, and profitability.
· Ensure achievement of all dealership sales targets as per approved plans and budgets.
· Review sales operations from a macro and holistic perspective, identifying trends, risks, and improvement areas.
· Responsible for driving ancillary revenue including FASTag activation, ensuring monthly income targets, issuer coordination, and integration with vehicle sales and customer onboarding processes.
· Setting vehicle sales target.
· Design and implement incentive structures for the entire sales team, including minimum sale quantity thresholds, to drive volume, profitability, and product mix discipline.
· Own dead and slow-moving stock reduction through defined sales strategies, review mechanisms, and accountability of the sales team to improve inventory turnover.
· Formulate and implement a structured discount sales policy, including allocation of defined discount budgets to managers, ensuring profitability and approval discipline.
· Use FIFO Allocation for Vehicle Delivery
· Use Bulk Swapping & Smart Ordering.
· Create a visibility dashboard and weekly review of that.
· Build a stock ageing control system.
· Support effective working capital management by ensuring cash credit is used only for short-term sales requirements and temporary liquidity gaps, aligned with finance policies.
· Oversee monitoring and control of power and fuel consumption across sales operations, ensuring adherence to defined norms, cost optimization, and minimal wastage.
. Leadership & Team Direction
· Guide, mentor, and provide clear direction to Sales Managers and branch heads for consistent execution.
· Build leadership capability within the sales team through coaching, reviews, and performance management.
· Drive accountability and alignment across all sales functions and locations.
. Customer Experience & Culture
· Ensure every customer interaction across the dealership results in a positive and consistent experience.
· Create and sustain a customer-friendly, ethical, and performance-oriented culture within the organization.
· Personally review and intervene in key customer escalations and critical cases.
Performance Review & Analytics
· Review and analyze MIS reports, JD Power reports, and OEM dashboards regularly.
· Identify gaps and initiate corrective and preventive actions to improve business and customer outcomes.
· Drive continuous improvement in CSI, SSI, RDI, and other customer satisfaction indices.
Stakeholder & Industry Engagement
· Maintain strong industry, financier, corporate, and business network relationships to support business growth.
· Represent the dealership with OEM, financiers, and key institutional stakeholders.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
