Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior R&D Executive to lead research and development initiatives, ensuring timely development, cost optimization, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves driving innovation, managing documentation, and ensuring stability and scalability of processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead timely development of new samples, documentation, scale-ups, and sheet updates.
- Optimize costs by achieving cost-effective formulations compared to benchmarks and maximizing reformulation savings.
- Ensure compliance (R&D and regulatory) through on-time regulatory submissions, deviation reports, and high document audit scores.
- Drive scalability by managing trials per project and ensuring scale-up success rates.
- Oversee documentation for completeness and error-free outputs.
- Foster innovation by trialing and adopting new tech/process innovations.
- Facilitate tech transfers with a focus on successful outcomes.
- Provide QA and product feedback to ensure passing R&D stability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Cosmetics, or Chemistry.
- 2-4 years of experience in R&D, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and cost optimization.
- Ability to drive innovation and manage scalable processes.
