· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the MD to build, define, and execute short- and long-term business strategies.
· Cross-Functional Alignment: Translate the director’s high-level vision into actionable goals for different departments, ensuring all teams are working in tandem.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office, board members, and external stakeholders.
· Performance Monitoring: Review operational data and financial statements to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report back to leadership.
· Senior Biomedical engineer must having capabilities of team leadership. Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior engineers, allocate daily tasks, and enforce technical training for clinical staff.
· Ensure all equipment and maintenance procedures adhere to local regulatory and safety frameworks (e.g., NABH, ISO, or FDA regulations).
· Collaborate directly with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) regarding parts, warranty escalations, and contract renewals. Data Systems: Advanced proficiency in CMMS, ERP, or CRM software for asset tracking and service management.
· Can coordinate with OEM , Third Party vendor to Manage Hospital Equipment related complaints. Responsibility to complete PMS , QA, Calibration service of equipment on time through Authorised Vendors. Should Familiar with All Medical Devises Companies and Equipments related to All departments in the Hospital.
· On Site Visits to Hospitals , Vendor's office and companies as and when required.
· Should have excellent verbal and writing communication skills to communicate with Vendors , Hospitals and companies.
· Willing to travel as and when required.
· Familiar with AMC and CAMC of the Hospital equipment and negotiation skills.
· Responsibility for Complaints closure within TAT along with parallel coordination with the vendors/OEM.
· Familiar with Chat Process in CRM.
· Should be Familiar with NABH and JCI Audits.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
