Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns.
Support opening and closing duties.
Requirements

Job Summary-
Responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages as per standard recipes.
Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Ensure bar stock is replenished and report shortages.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Process guest bills accurately through the POS system.
Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.
Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate when required.
Requirements
High school diploma or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and mocktails.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude.
Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
