We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Poultry Farm Supervisor to oversee daily poultry farm operations and ensure optimal bird health, productivity, and farm efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of poultry management, animal health, and farm operations, along with the ability to supervise workers and maintain operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day poultry farm activities, including feeding, watering, and flock management
- Monitor bird health, behavior, and overall farm hygiene
- Identify health issues and coordinate preventive or corrective veterinary care
- Ensure biosecurity and sanitation protocols are strictly followed
- Maintain records of feed consumption, mortality, production, and medication
- Manage and guide farm workers to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate with management regarding farm performance and resource needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and animal welfare standards
Requirements
- Must own a Two-Wheeler for travel and farm visits
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech in Veterinary Science OR
- B.Sc in Veterinary Science
- Strong understanding of poultry farming and livestock care
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in outdoor farm environments
- Prior experience in poultry farm supervision is preferred
