Role Overview
The Interior Designer will be responsible for converting client requirements into creative, functional, and saleable designs, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to execution while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Interaction & Requirement Understanding
- Meet clients and understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Conduct site measurements and analysis
- Translate client ideas into design concepts
2. Design & Visualization
- Create 2D layouts, space planning, and detailed drawings
- Develop 3D designs and realistic renders
- Present designs to clients with proper explanation
- Make revisions based on client feedback
3. Sales Support
- Convert designs into closures (projects)
- Explain materials, finishes, and costing confidently
- Support the sales team in client discussions
- Handle objections and guide clients toward decision-making
4. BOQ & Technical Detailing
- Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Share detailed drawings for execution (carpentry, electrical, etc.)
- Ensure designs are practical and executable
5. Coordination with Execution Team
- Handover projects to project managers with complete details
- Support execution team in case of design clarifications
- Ensure final output matches approved design
6. Quality & Design Standards
- Maintain company design standards and aesthetics
- Ensure functionality along with visual appeal
- Stay updated with latest interior trends and materials
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
