Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.
- Identify new market opportunities and innovative approaches to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize growth campaigns.
- Manage the growth budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive the implementation of growth-hacking techniques and A/B testing to optimize conversion funnels.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in growth marketing and product-led growth.
- Present growth strategies, progress, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant growth.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful growth strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in growth marketing tools and platforms, including analytics and automation tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Experience in the startup space is a plus.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
