About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to drive online growth for our brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running high-performing paid advertising campaigns, improving website rankings on search engines, and generating quality leads through digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
· Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
· Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
· Create audience targeting, remarketing campaigns, and conversion funnels.
· Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
· Improve website rankings using On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
· Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
· Build quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
· Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.
· Track conversions and recommend website improvements.
· Coordinate with developers for technical SEO implementation.
· Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
· Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
Required Skills
· 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and SEO.
· Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
· Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads.
· Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs/Moz, Google Keyword Planner, and Merchant Center.
· Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
· Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS.
· Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models.
· Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Google Ads Certification.
· Meta Blueprint Certification.
· Experience with D2C, eCommerce, or Amazon brands.
· Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
