## Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the complete product development process from sampling to production.
* Communicate with designers, suppliers, vendors, sampling, and production teams.
* Prepare and maintain product specifications, BOMs, costing sheets, and order details.
* Coordinate fabric, trims, accessories, and material sourcing.
* Follow up on samples, approvals, production timelines, and deliveries.
* Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed on time.
* Check product quality, measurements, fitting, and specifications.
* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when required.
* Track order status and provide regular updates to the management team.
* Coordinate with the design team to ensure products are developed according to the approved designs.
* Identify and resolve production, quality, sourcing, and delivery issues.
* Maintain proper records of orders, samples, costing, and production schedules.

## Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion, Apparel Merchandising, Textile, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
* Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, and production processes.
* Experience in product development, costing, sampling, and vendor coordination.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel and other reporting tools.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in *Nightwear, Gymwear, Sportswear, Knitted Apparel, or other fashion/lifestyle products* will be an advantage.

## What We Offer

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
