Front Desk Coordinator – Job Responsibilities
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
- Provide basic information about study abroad programs, universities, countries, and admission procedures.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and consultants.
- Maintain student inquiry records and follow-up databases.
- Coordinate walk-ins and manage daily office appointments.
- Handle document collection and verify basic paperwork from students.
- Support counselors during admissions, visa processing, and application stages.
- Maintain office files, student records, and CRM software updates.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and daily inquiry summaries.
- Collect consultation fees or application-related payments if required.
- Coordinate with universities, training partners, and test preparation teams.
- Ensure the reception area and office environment are organized and professional.
- Assist in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding admissions and visa updates.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,514.57 per month
