- Maintain a quality check record/checklist for every batch or item inspected.
- Ensure only quality-approved goods are forwarded to the packing stage.
- Support in identifying recurring quality issues and suggesting corrective actions.
3. Dispatch
- Coordinate packing and loading of quality-approved goods as per the dispatch plan/schedule.
- Verify dispatched quantity and items against the dispatch/delivery note and client order before loading.
- Ensure proper packing standards are followed to prevent transit damage.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation (delivery challan, e-way bill support, photos of loaded material, etc.).
- Coordinate with transporters/drivers for timely and safe loading and dispatch.
- Maintain a dispatch register/log and update status in ClickUp / ERP system.
- Ensure dispatch is completed within the timelines committed to the site/client.
