The Assistant – Financial Services is responsible for providing day-to-day accounting and financial support to ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, timely processing of transactions, compliance with organizational policies, and efficient financial operations. The role supports budgeting, reporting, audits, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Operations
- Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests.
- Prepare payment vouchers and maintain proper supporting documentation.
- Record financial transactions in the accounting system accurately and on time.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.
- Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and financial files.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors.
- Assist in monitoring receivables and follow up on pending collections, where applicable.
Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Generate reports as required by management and stakeholders.
Compliance & Audit
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Support statutory compliance, including tax-related documentation and regulatory filings.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain organized financial records in both physical and electronic formats.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper retention of financial documents.
- Support document retrieval during audits and management reviews.
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation and payment status.
- Liaise with banks, vendors, auditors, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team on special assignments and projects.
Other Responsibilities
- Assist in process improvement initiatives within the Finance function.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager – Financial Services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
