Job Role : Academic Counsellor
Location : Calicut
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding course selection, career planning, and academic concerns.
- Guide prospective students on admission processes, program details, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist students in setting academic goals and developing personalized study plans.
- Support students in overcoming academic challenges by offering effective strategies and resources.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation programs to guide students on educational opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to improve student support services.
- Train and mentor junior counselors to ensure consistent guidance and support.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience in academic counseling or related roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple student concerns efficiently.
- Knowledge of educational trends and career pathways.
- Minimum 1 year experience, Freshers also considered
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
