Job Description
We are looking for a confident, responsible, and creative individual to join What Next. The role involves hosting creative workshops, managing communication in English only with clients and vendors, supporting brand partnerships, and assisting with day-to-day coordination and marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Host and manage creative workshops and ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate confidently with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in English.
- Manage, organise, and maintain data efficiently using MS Excel.
- Create basic marketing and social media content using Canva to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Research and reach out to potential brands and partners for collaborations and partnerships.
- Assist with general coordination and ensure tasks are followed up and completed on time.
Personal Qualities We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Creative and interested in events, workshops, and experiences.
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people.
- Highly responsible, organised, and dependable.
- Good at multitasking and handling responsibilities independently.
- Comfortable using Canva and MS Excel.
- Previous experience in events, workshops, client servicing, or brand partnerships would be a plus.
Location: Candidates from tricity (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula) will only be considered.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
