Executive – Operations | Job Description
Location: Sai Baba Colony, Coimbatore
Work Mode: In-person
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth execution of opening, closing, and shift-related activities.
- Ensure food, beverages, and products meet Bakingo’s quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Support on boarding and training of new team members through on-the-job coaching and feedback.
- Monitor team performance and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
- Handle customer queries and operational issues calmly and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when required.
- Follow company SOPs and guidelines related to cash handling, safety, security, hygiene, and sanitation.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with all operational and food safety standards.
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving overall store operational excellence.
