ROLE SUMMARY
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager plays a key role in ensuring efficient management and coordination of all warehouse and logistics activities to support production schedules, customer delivery timelines, and inventory management.
This position involves overseeing material handling, inventory accuracy, warehouse space optimization, and coordinating with transportation providers to meet cost and delivery objectives. The role also demands a focus on continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Warehouse and Logistics’ responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Warehouse Operations
1. Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, and order picking.
2. Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

2. Coordinate with transportation providers and negotiate contracts for optimal delivery solutions.

KEY EXPERIENCES, QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
· Educational Qualification
o Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
· Work Experience
- 15+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
· Skills & Knowledge
- Expertise in ERP systems, WMS, and logistics management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills for optimizing operations and addressing logistical challenges.

- Ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
