Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment.
- Attend and resolve machine breakdowns with minimum downtime.
- Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely maintenance of production machinery and utilities.
Equipment Reliability
- Improve machine reliability, availability, and performance.
- Monitor equipment health through vibration, temperature, lubrication, and inspection reports.
- Maintain maintenance history and equipment records.
Installation & Commissioning
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and trial runs of new machinery.
- Coordinate with vendors during equipment installation and servicing.
- Ensure proper alignment, calibration, and testing of mechanical systems.
Spare Parts & Inventory
- Identify critical spare parts requirements.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance consumables and spare parts.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of required materials.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all plant safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Conduct maintenance activities using proper PPE and permit systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Documentation
- Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and daily activity reports.
- Update equipment history cards and maintenance logs.
- Maintain SOPs and maintenance checklists.
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Participate in TPM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and energy-saving projects.
- Recommend modifications for improving equipment efficiency.
Required Technical Skills
- Mechanical maintenance of rotating and stationary equipment
- Pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, and motors
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Bearings, shafts, couplings, and alignment techniques
- Lubrication management
- Welding and fabrication knowledge
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- TPM, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing
- Reading engineering drawings and P&ID diagrams
Pay: ₹11,925.16 - ₹35,000.00 per month
