We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to manage and execute residential/commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project timelines, quality, cost control, manpower, contractors, and coordination with consultants and management.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from start to completion.
Manage overall site execution and ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Supervise and guide Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
Review and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and daily/weekly progress.
Track manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.
Monitor project costs and control unnecessary expenditure.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of construction materials.
Verify measurements, quantities, BOQs, and contractor bills.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality or execution issues.
Ensure proper quality control and timely rectification of defects.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and statutory requirements at the project site.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Conduct regular coordination meetings with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management.
Maintain proper project documentation, records, drawings, approvals, and reports.
Ensure proper project completion, snag rectification, and final handover.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
