Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable activities.
- Record and verify invoices, receipts, payments, debit/credit notes, and journal entries in Tally.
- Prepare and monitor customer/vendor outstanding and ageing reports.
- Follow up for outstanding collections and coordinate with vendors on payment queries.
- Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle short/excess payments, claims, discounts, returns, and deductions.
- Perform bank reconciliation and invoice-wise adjustments.
- Handle GST, ITC, and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
- Ensure correct GST and TDS applicability on purchases and expenses.
- Handle TDS calculations, accounting entries, and return workings.
- Support month-end closing, audits, balance confirmations, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and consultants.
- Work closely with accounting and statutory compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com or relevant qualification in Accounts/Finance.
- 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Vendor Management.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing organisation is required.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days Working)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,550.80 per month
