Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Resort Property
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Accommodation: Free Stay Provided
Meals: Free Fooding Provided
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Maintain guest records and follow up on special requests.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
