Position: Senior Civil Engineer()

Experience: 3–7 Years in residencial and commercial only
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to oversee and manage residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage residential and commercial construction projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare project progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Verify measurements, billing, and contractor work completion.
- Manage manpower and ensure timely project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, RCC work, finishing work, and project execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience handling complete construction projects independently.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and contractors.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
