Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The HR Associate will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance management, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and assist with induction programs.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.
- Assist in payroll coordination by providing accurate employee information.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Generate HR reports and maintain documentation for audits and management review.
- Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources.
- 0–1 year of experience in Human Resources (fresh graduates may also apply, depending on organizational requirements).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
