About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to support our growing BPO recruitment operations in Shillong. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in agent-level hiring, a strong network of recruitment leads, and the ability to build relationships with candidates, institutions, and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for Voice, Chat, and Customer Support roles.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Build partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and community organizations.
- Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, and outreach campaigns.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
- Meet hiring targets and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Requirements
✔ Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred)
✔ Preferred experience in recruitment
✔ Strong lead base and candidate network
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Experience with field recruitment and community outreach
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms

- Familiarity with the Shillong and Meghalaya job market
