Technical Architect
Experience: 1–5 Years
Location: Madurai | Project: UK-based Projects
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate architectural designs for UK residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, construction drawings, and architectural documentation.
- Work extensively with Revit and AutoCAD to develop accurate architectural models and drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other design disciplines.
- Ensure designs comply with UK Building Regulations, Planning Requirements.
- Review drawings and models for accuracy, constructability, and technical compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Assist in developing design solutions from concept through detailed design and construction stages.
- Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders when required.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of UK architectural standards and Building Regulations.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and technical design.
- Experience working on UK-based projects is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualification
B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
