We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets. Business Development Executives are primarily responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline until closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or IT staffing/IT services (preferred).
- Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
