Job Summary
The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers within the assigned territory. The role involves executing sales strategies, achieving business targets, ensuring product visibility, and collecting market intelligence to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Increase product penetration and market share in the assigned territory.
- Ensure availability of products across retail and wholesale channels.
Distributor & Retailer Management
- Maintain healthy relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure smooth order collection and payment recovery.
Market Execution
- Conduct regular market visits and retail audits.
- Implement promotional activities, trade schemes, and branding initiatives.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising standards.
Reporting & Analysis
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.
Customer Service
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or consumer products.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Job Requirements
