Job Summary
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting employees to achieve organizational goals. The role involves coordinating work schedules, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues, and promoting a safe and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of team members.
- Assign tasks and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Maintain quality standards and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Resolve employee concerns and operational issues promptly.
- Prepare work schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and communicate organizational updates.
- Train new employees and support ongoing staff development.
- Prepare reports on team performance, productivity, and operational activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 0–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business software.
