Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass/Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can also apply).
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Working Hours: Full-time (Day Shift)
Location: Noida
Salary: As per company standards + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
