About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary and results-driven Engineering Executive to lead our technical operations and drive strategic product development. You will oversee multiple engineering teams, establish long-term architectural goals, and ensure our systems and products scale effectively to meet business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 4 + years in engineering, with at least 3-4years in a senior managerial or executive role.
- Expert knowledge of agile methodologies, continuous improvement activities, and modern system design.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to scale high-performance teams and manage complex operational budgets.
