Urgent requirement for the position Service Manager for the location Patna
Key responsibilities:
- Handling after sales services of VOLVO Machinaries
- Lead and support customer service staff or field techs
- Handle tough complaints and fix big problems
- Set daily rules and service goals
- Track key numbers like response time and satisfaction scores
- Train new team members and review work
- Work with other departments to fix product or service flaws
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience into service
- Minimum 2 years experience into Managerial role
- Handling the team
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
