This post is for CWF Labs: Transdisciplinary Healthcare and Research, a trandisciplinary research lab in Bolpur West Bengal. Established as the healthcare unit of Civilian Welfare Foundation, we are currently going to initiate a batch for our 'Gender Affirmative Paramedical Course' comprising students from the LGBTQIA+ community.
Key responsibilities
- Support design and delivery of gender-affirmative paramedical training curriculum.
- Coordinate classroom and clinical teaching activities and student support.
- Manage day-to-day program operations, documentation, and basic budgeting.
- Build and maintain linkages with hospitals, clinicians, community organisations, and other partners.
- Assist in research activities including participant recruitment, data collection, and basic data analysis.
- Contribute to outreach and awareness among marginalized communities in the district.
Desired qualifications and skills
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in biomedical sciences
- Experience in healthcare, training, or research; exposure to gender/diversity issues is an added advantage.
- Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Sensitivity to working with transgender and non-binary communities and commitment to inclusive practice.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
