Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand market presence. The role involves lead generation, sales conversion, client retention, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, digital channels, and partnerships.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and account retention.
Manage key accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
Strategy & Reporting
Develop sales plans and business growth strategies.
Track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Identify expansion opportunities and customer needs.
