Social Media & Community Growth Executive (3–5 Years Experience)
We are hiring at Moon Technolabs for Social Media Executive to join our team in Sola, Ahmedabad creative, growth-oriented, and data-driven Social Media & Community Growth Executive to build and scale our brand presence across social platforms and online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Grow our presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content and build active online communities.
- Experiment with content, campaigns, AI tools, and growth strategies.
- Track performance metrics, conduct competitor analysis, and optimize for growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Community Growth, or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience growing SaaS, technology, startup, or digital-first brands.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and social media tools.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a data-driven approach to content and growth.
Preferred
- Experience with B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG).
- Experience creating thought leadership or personal branding content.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns is a plus.
