We are a growing clean-tech company working in solar panel cleaning, maintenance, and energy performance improvement. We provide cleaning services for rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.
3. Role Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible person to clean solar panels at customer sites. The worker will visit rooftops, homes, factories, schools, commercial buildings, and solar sites to wash and clean solar panels safely.
4. Key Responsibilities
- Clean solar panels using water, a wiper, a brush, a microfiber cloth, and cleaning tools.
- Remove dust, mud, bird droppings, stains, and dirt from panels.
- Visit customer sites for solar panel cleaning work.
- Follow safety rules while working on rooftops and solar plants.
- Check solar panels for cracks, loose wires, damage, or heavy dirt.
- Report any issue to the supervisor.
- Support the installation and maintenance team when required.
- Maintain cleaning tools and equipment properly.
- Speak politely with customers and maintain professional behavior.
5. Daily Work Duties
- Carry cleaning tools to customer sites.
- Arrange pipe, bucket, brush, cloth, wiper, and ladder if required.
- Clean solar panels carefully without damaging the glass.
- Take before and after cleaning photos if required.
- Inform supervisor after completing the work.
- Keep tools clean and ready for the next site.
6. Required Skills
- Basic understanding of cleaning work.
- Ability to work on rooftops safely.
- Ability to use cleaning tools properly.
- Hardworking and punctual.
- Good behavior with customers.
- Basic mobile phone usage for calling, location, photos, and WhatsApp.
7. Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th / 12th pass.
- No high education required.
- Freshers can apply.
- Training will be provided.
9. Physical Requirements
- Able to lift cleaning tools and equipment.
- Able to climb stairs and work on rooftops.
- Able to work outdoors in sunlight.
- Physically fit for field work.
10. Preferred Experience
- Experience in solar panel cleaning, housekeeping, outdoor cleaning, car washing, rooftop work, or maintenance work will be preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome.
11. Salary / Incentive Structure
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20000 per month, based on experience and work quality.
Incentives: An extra incentive may be given for good performance, extra site visits, and customer satisfaction.
12. Job Location
Delhi NCR / Haryana / Field sites as assigned by the company.
13. Work Type
Full-time / Part-time / Contract
