- Recruitment Support: Posting job advertisements on platforms, reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Preparing onboarding documents, setting up new hire files, conducting orientation, and processing exiting employees.
- Administrative Tasks: Updating company databases (attendance, personal info), filing, preparing HR documents, and assisting with payroll data entry.
- Employee Relations: Supporting employee queries, assisting with training initiatives, and helping organize company events.
- Compliance: Assisting with background checks and ensuring employee documentation meets legal standards.
Key Skills Required:
- Organizational Skills: Handling multiple tasks like scheduling and documentation.
- Communication: Interacting with candidates and employees.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS.
