Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product and service presentations to customers.
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through regular communication.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English.
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of the sales lifecycle.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
