Location: Virugambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Are you a Graduate or 12th Pass looking for an opportunity to build a career in the legal and property documentation field?
LEGAL REMEDIES, a law firm specializing in property documentation, legal scrutiny, title verification, banking documentation and registration-related matters, is looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team.
YOUR ROLE
You will work closely with our lawyers and legal team and assist in the coordination and execution of various legal and property-related activities.
● Coordinate with lawyers and the internal legal team
● Coordinate with clients, banks, financial institutions and other stakeholders
● Visit Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) and government departments for field-related work
● Assist lawyers in collecting and verifying property documents
● Follow up on registration, document submission and related processes
● Coordinate for EC, Patta, Survey and Revenue Record-related requirements
● Assist in property document collection and due diligence activities
● Coordinate Sale Deed, Settlement Deed, Gift Deed, Release Deed, MODT and other registration-related matters
● Maintain proper follow-up and status updates for assigned files
● Support the legal team in day-to-day property and registration work
ELIGIBILITY
● 12th Pass / Any Graduate
● Freshers are welcome to apply
● No LL.B. qualification is required
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Willingness to travel for field work within Chennai
● Basic computer knowledge
● Ability to communicate professionally with clients and officials
● Strong interest in learning about the legal and property field
● Candidates with experience in field coordination, banking, documentation or registration work will have an added advantage
