The Corporate Sales & Product Trainer will be responsible for providing complete sales and product training across IITS (Parent Company) and all subsidiary companies. The role involves handling sales training, product knowledge delivery, and supporting business growth strategies across sales and production teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide end-to-end sales and product training to employees of IITS and all subsidiary companies.
- Develop and implement sales growth plans, marketing plans, and business strategies.
- Support sales and production teams through structured training programs.
- Conduct training on CRM usage, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Improve team performance through continuous coaching and development.
- Coordinate with parent company and subsidiary units for training alignment and execution.
- Contribute to business expansion and sales improvement initiatives.
- Willing to travel for training sessions across branches and subsidiary locations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and product training.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Experience in EdTech or similar sales-driven environments preferred.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, growth planning, and marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple teams across parent and subsidiary companies.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
