Primary Coordinator (Grades 1 & 2)-Hindi Experience Preferred

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic educator to oversee academic operations at a designated grade level, aligned with the vision and mission of the organization.
The role involves ensuring excellence in academic outcomes, efficient academic data management, and high levels of parent satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional coordination skills, and proven experience in people management, and experience in teaching Hindi at primary level (Grade 1&2).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage grade-level academic delivery and administration to ensure excellence.
- Implement curriculum as per the guidelines.
- Teach Hindi for Grade 1&2 and ensure effective Planning, delivery,assessment, and student progress in the Hindi curriculum.
- Ensure optimal engagement of teaching staff and timely completion of academic tasks.
- Coordinate with the Principal to share the required information with relevant authorities on time.
- Support the Principal in implementing updates and policies effectively.
- Plan and manage events such as parent orientations, PTMs, student competitions, and other school functions.
- Oversee execution of curricular and extracurricular programs.
- Ensure a positive experience for parents and address concerns as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with students, staff, and parents.
- Handle academic documentation for students and staff.
- Foster a positive work environment to reduce staff attrition.
- Take on additional assignments as directed by the managing committee.Required Candidate Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Experience: 3 to 4 years of work experience in academics with minimum 1 year of work experience as a Coordinator / Supervisor.
- Expected Competencies:
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in using and managing online learning platforms and other educational technologies.
Result-oriented, mentor with a strong commitment to achieving deliverables.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth school environment.
