Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Lightroom Editor who can enhance and retouch images to achieve high-quality visual output. The candidate should have a good understanding of color correction, lighting, and photo aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom
- Perform color correction, exposure adjustment, and tone balancing
- Maintain consistency in editing style across projects
- Organize and manage photo libraries efficiently
- Collaborate with photographers and creative team
- Ensure timely delivery of edited images
- Basic cropping, straightening, and noise reduction
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Lightroom
- Understanding of photography basics (lighting, composition, color theory)
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (optional)
- Experience in editing for social media, weddings, or commercial shoots
- Portfolio of previous editing work
