Job Title: Relationship Officer – Used Car Loans (Field Sales)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Officer – Used Car Loans to drive business through field sales activities. The role involves sourcing customers, developing relationships with used car dealers, DSAs, and channel partners, assisting customers throughout the loan process, and achieving monthly sales and disbursal targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for Used Car Loans through field sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with used car dealers, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Identify prospective customers and explain loan products and eligibility.
- Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and KYC requirements.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for timely loan approvals and disbursals.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursal targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate sales records.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Used Car Loans, Auto Loans, Vehicle Finance, or NBFC/Banking sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of loan documentation and lending processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for field sales.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, or Vehicle Finance companies.
- Existing network with used car dealers, DSAs, or channel partners will be an added advantage.
