We are seeking a Java Spring Boot & React.js Developer with 2+ years of experience who can not only build scalable applications but also manage and mentor team members. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with the ability to guide junior developers, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using React.js
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services
- Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in architecture and design discussions
People & Team Management Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide junior developers
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and stakeholders
- Assist in sprint planning, estimations, and daily stand-ups
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment
Required Skills & QualificationsBackend (Java / Spring Boot)
- Strong proficiency in Java (8+)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA
- Experience in building RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Hibernate / JPA
- Understanding of Microservices architecture
- Familiarity with JWT / OAuth2 authentication
Frontend (React.js)
- Strong experience with React.js and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development
- Knowledge of Redux / Context API
- Experience integrating APIs with frontend applications
Database & Tools
- Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Docker / Cloud platforms is a plus
