Job Description – Associate Financial Analyst
Location: Chennai
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, accounting activities, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and audit processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
- Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger activities.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries, and accounting adjustments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and internal stakeholders.
- Update and maintain accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Prepare financial dashboards and management reports using Advanced Excel.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory regulations.

Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, statutory compliance, or a similar role.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
