We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Bakery Order & Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming customer calls, take bakery orders accurately, answer product-related queries, and coordinate with the bakery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take and process orders for cakes, pastries, breads, and other bakery products.
- Record customer details, order specifications, delivery/pickup times, and special requests accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and custom orders.
- Coordinate with the bakery production team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
- Update order records and maintain accurate customer information.
- Follow up with customers when required regarding order confirmations or changes.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
