Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer / Production Manager who can take complete ownership of our shop floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and timely production.
This role requires a hands-on, practical individual who is comfortable working closely with workers and managing day-to-day manufacturing activities. Key requirements are knowledge of SolidWorks/ AutoCAD and proper shop floor equipment, including machines used in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities
- Allocate work to shop floor workers (welding, fabrication, assembly)
- Ensure timely completion of production targets
- Monitor quality and reduce rework/rejections
- Coordinate with procurement for material availability
- Work closely with dispatch team for timely delivery
- Maintain production records and track output
- Identify process improvements and increase efficiency
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machines
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- 3–8 years of experience in fabrication/manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, and shop floor practices
- Hands-on experience in managing workers and production teams
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Practical approach (not purely theoretical)

- Ability to implement systems and improve processes
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work on the shop floor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹325,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
