Netcrafty Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and result-driven PPC / Ads Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and generating quality leads through performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and WhatsApp Lead Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to maximize ROI and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Generate high-quality leads through effective paid marketing campaigns.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports.
- Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve campaign results.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads features, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Ensure all campaigns meet business objectives and performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running lead generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
