- Reporting to DIRECTOR
- To ensure the Man power availability as per Organization chart
- Responsible to conduct the interview in co ordination with HOD’s and GM
- To provide Bio metric system for the new employees
- Responsible to evaluate the skill sets of the employees in co-ordination with HOD’s and GM
- Responsible to identify the Training Needs for the Employees in co-ordination with HOD’s and GM
- To train the Employee by giving half day training about Company Rules & Regulations
- To ensure fill the vacant within time bound
- Plan for training and providing training & Record the Training effectiveness
- Responsible to maintain the Room Facility against the Manpower availability
- Responsible to maintain Canteen Raw material stock against the Daily menu
- To ensure the operators are properly using the Provided the Safety equipments
- Responsible for In house 5’S activities.
- Responsible to ensure the Fire Protective equipment are properly maintained as per Calibration Dates
- Ensure the attendance and leave control ,Salary statement preparation
- Ensure the Late comers reduced and targeted to Zero
- Ensuring and maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System HR related documents
- To attend Daily Routine Management Meeting & provide the necessary information to the HODs
- Responsible to comply all Statutory and Regulatory requirements
- Responsible to organize the monthly worker meetings in consultation with production Department
- Responsible to update the MRM inputs
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
