Job : Billing Engineer
Location : Shivaji Nagar, Pune.
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil.
Experience : 1 to 5 years of experience.
Role Summary :
The Billing Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end billing management for construction projects, including client billing, subcontractor billing, and cost monitoring. The role involves ensuring accuracy in quantity verification, compliance with contract terms, and timely submission of bills and financial reports.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and process RA Bills, Client Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
- Review and interpret contractual documents, BOQ, and project specifications beforebilling.
- Coordinate with site, project, and accounts teams for quantity verification and billprocessing.
- Validate actual executed quantities vs. BOQ and ensure accurate reconciliation duringfinal billing.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and billing schedules to avoid deviations.
- Prepare and submit invoices, running bills, and progress reports on time.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and billing procedures.
- Maintain systematic billing records and documentation as per company standards.
- Handle client and subcontractor queries related to billing discrepancies.
- Generate periodic billing reports and financial analysis for management review.
- Coordination across departments for smooth billing operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
